Personal information

In order to process the orders and propose its services, SETE must process personal data concerning the Customer that may be collected during registration on the Site and/or any order for a Ticket.

The processing of information collected on the Site is the subject of a declaration to CNIL, the French data protection agency, under no. 1288861.

Personal information identified as mandatory is essential for processing the orders and proposing the online services. Should the Customer not fill out the fields identified as mandatory, SETE will be unable to process the orders and supply the services. In particular, SETE will not be able to contact the Customer if there is a cancellation or modification of date, time or floor of the visit for which the Tickets have been purchased.

The data is stored in the Customer's personal account available on the Site, to enable each transaction to be successfully carried out and facilitated from the Site.

In accordance with the French "Informatique et Libertés" law (the law on data protection and civil liberties) of 6 January 1978, Customers have the right to access or correct data relating to them and also the right to object for legitimate reasons, which may be exercised by contacting SETE at the following address: Société d'Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel, Customer Department (Direction des Clientèles), 5, avenue Anatole France - Champ de Mars - 75007 Paris by indicating their last name and first name, address and, if possible, the last reservation number.

The Customer consents to receiving mail about changes in pricing terms and conditions, promotional offers or exceptional events from SETE.
